RESERVATION POLICIES
We require full payment
prior to booking within 1 week. Bookings 2
weeks out may put a deposit to hold your
reservation with the balance due 1 week
prior to actual booking date. We can not
confirm a reservation until payment is
received. Deposit non-refundable.
All rates are subject to 6% Texas state and
local hotel tax.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
PET POLICY: Pet's available in The Woods
cabin only.
There is a $29.00 per STAY charge per pet.
We do have facilities for livestock outside,
but do not have fencing suitable to keep a
dog from running.
If Fido chews up or destroys property, you
get to pay for damages.
We DO require that you let us know you
intend to bring a pet.
You must bring a carrier to put your pet in
should you need to leave him or her at the
property alone.
Pets are not allowed on the couch or bed.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-in after 5
pm can be arranged with advanced notice.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $50 fee for cancellation up to 7
days prior to scheduled arrival.
14 days advanced notice of cancellation is
required on holidays
No-shows will be charged full rate.
Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting
your privacy. We will not sell your
personally identifiable information to
anyone.
Security Policy:
Your Payment and personal information is
always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL)
software is the industry standard and among
the best software available today for secure
commerce transactions. It encrypts all of
your personal information, including credit
card, number, name, and address, so that it
cannot be read over the internet.
Right of Refusal:
Walnut Canyon Cabin reserves the right to
refuse booking anytime.
