The pictures do not do the cabin or
views justice. This is a beautiful and
relaxing place. The owner's were
wonderful and thought of everything a
person might forget on a trip. This will
be the only place we stay when visiting
Fredericksburg.

Our family just moved to Texas in April.
We are from a small town and lived out
in the country. This experience has been
the best so far!! Coming here has seemed
like we were back home. We could sit on
the porch and actually relax. Hear the
crickets, frogs, and see the wildlife.
The cabin is a great place that has to
slow down and take time together. The
hospitality they provided us with has
been the best in Texas so far. Every
detail taken care of down here is so
fresh. Even down to Farm eggs in the
fridge. Thank you so much! You have a

anniversary at the Walnut Canyon Lookout
Cabin. It was a great time. Cabin and
views where absolutely amazing. We spent
lots of time at the nearby vineyards and
The Alamo Springs Cafe but could not

Cabin Look our was extremely well
cleaned and loaded for a relaxing night

David, our family just moved here in

girls getaway and we were lucky to
find this hidden treasure. The back
porch is perfect for your morning
coffee and evening drinks. We
enjoyed watching the deer eat
breakfast at the feeder. This place
is so perfect we are already talking

unbeatable for all the major attractions in

Luck was on our
side as we made last minute reservations
for the holiday weekend. With our ill
timing we were worried about lodging,
but were lucky enough to find the creme
of the crop. These cabins are a secluded
getaway and a great find.

From the moment we
stepped into the cabin we knew that it
was the right place, it was a
wonderful way to spend the weekend
away. Not being far from
Fredericksburg, we shopped, went hiking
at Enchanted Rock, and ate dinner at
the Alamo Springs Cafe', was great too.
We really loved the peaceful feeling and
the quietness sitting out there on
the deck just relaxing and enjoying the
view. We will surly come back to enjoy
this place again.

The set up was perfect for myself, our 2

thankful for how clean the cabin was and
how safe we felt during our stay. The
dogs were very sweet and we enjoyed your

Came from
Roundrock and we love this place! The
view, the fully stocked cabin, we had
everything! And especially loved the
breakfast that was provided. ie; fresh
farm eggs and pancakes etc.. We went to
Fredericksburg to the Festival, saw the
amazing bats fly, and headed out to
Luchenbach to enjoy the show there. But
out of all that we love sitting on the
back deck enjoying nature.

We arrived on the
day that we got married. From the
moment we walked in this became the most
amazing honeymoon we could have
imagined, planned or hoped for. Bernice
and I love the place so much that we
stayed 3 extra days! I plan on brining
my wife, Bernice, back as much as I

patio to the comfort of the Look Out
cabin was perfect. We planned to come
back with our four children as much as
possible.

it's such a great view. We saw lots of
wildlife, deer, hummingbirds,

Just wanted to send

stay in your cabins. We found them by luck
but could not have found a nicer place to
stay in celebration of our anniversary. The
quiet solitude was incredible and a welcome

I think God is blessing you with ideas, honoring your
hard work.
After we got here, we let go of all our
other plans one by one to do "stuff".
Instead we
decided to stay here, enjoying the cabin and
the surroundings, we are restored.
We came here to celebrate a 60th birthday.
We appreciate all the goodies and continue
to find things like eggs in the fridge, to
tooth brushes in case we forgot.
It is the end of winter and we enjoyed a
stormy night, fog in the valley and a stary
night. We went for a walk to the end Walnut
road with one blind and one deaf (Zip and
Cherokee) and it was very scenic and we
found a redbud tree full of buds ready to
bloom. This is a place to "be still and know
that He is God"
